As times change and the number of classic Canadian Mom and Pop Shops dwindle, we come back year after year, still dedicated to the great quality, friendly service and genuine care for our guests that we've devoted ourselves to for the past 25 years. Since opening our doors all those years ago, we have developed incredible relationships - many of ou... r staff, the Craftsman Crew, have stayed with us for a decade or longer. And we've had the privilege of serving the same guests year after year - we've seen their children grow, marry, and have children of their own. It's been a real pleasure.
