To publish informative and evangelical information to the community. To be keenly concerned for the affairs of the community. To provide Christian information as a free service to the community. To provide an outlet for the balanced distribution of local and national problems and issues that affect the community. To address specific needs of the community by: Providing educational programs and materials. Providing informational programs and materials. In view of the present unrest concerning doctrinal questions within the sphere of evangelical Christianity, and to answer inquiries regarding the position Cornerstone Broadcasting Corporation thereupon, be it resolved, That this Board of Directors places on record the following statement of faith. God is a person who has revealed Himself in unity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit--three Persons and yet but one God. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, I Corinthians 8:6) The Bible, including both the Old and New Testaments, is a divine revelation, the inspired inerrant, authoritative Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:21) Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God, which is to say, He is Himself God; He took upon Him our nature, being conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary; He died upon the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sin of the world; He arose from the dead in the body in which He was crucified; He ascended into heaven in that body glorified, where He is now, our interceding High Priest; He will come again personally and visibly to set up His kingdom and to judge the quick and the dead.
