The Construction

The Construction Co. is recognised for providing accurate construction services and uncompromised construction quality. We have completed numerous projects in and around the Western Cape. We are a recognised leader in quality of construction, safety and client satisfaction. We provide a tailored service to the building industry and offer a variety... of building services. The Construction Co. is a living black economic empowerment success story grounded by family values. The business grew exponentially based on the strong work ethics of Asif and Karrim Khan. This rapid growth caused the business to burst out of its seams at its previous premises at Station Road Maitland. The visionary step to acquire land and build its current offices was a labour of love for the Khan family and the result of this love is clear to all who visit the landmark head office in Burton Street, Maitland. The Construction Co. prides itself and is recognised for providing uncompromising construction quality in a safe environment. We deliver projects on time and to the satisfaction of our most important stakeholders, our clients. We have invested heavily in modern IT systems and in our people. Our philosophy of uplifting our staff with skills has borne fruit and this has streamlined optimal communication with Property Managing Agents, Architects, Project Managers and Facility Management Firms. We focus on Private, Commercial, Corporate, and Government sectors all with excellent existing references. We are committed and dedicated to providing an individualised service which allows us to understand, meet and often exceed our clients requirements.Read More
