About The Conner Foundation
As the frontman for the Sourwood Honey Band, the Conner Brothers Band and The South Band, Chris was an accomplished musician and songwriter whose music earned him a diverse and loyal fan base. At age 36, at the height of his career, Chris was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer. Chris' courageous 10-month battle with the deadly disease set an example of courage, faith and love for thousands.
