The series of gatherings, more affectionately known as The Collab, has also shown us where we can help aspiring and current collectors to deepen the knowledge and gain more access to the arts in general to enable our community to make educated decisions about what art means to you and how to curate what art looks like in your life, and when appropr... iate, in your portfolio and legacy. This movement began in July of 2019 as a grassroots effort to support and highlight the most talented creatives of our time and culture who are transforming the art industry and contributing their masterpieces to some of the greatest collections in the world. Recognizing the importance of supporting these great artists, we began to convene for dinners, cocktails and an exclusive conversation highlighting an artist collected by our founders. The love of the arts extends far beyond appreciating the aesthetic appeal of works on a wall; there is undeniable value in supporting these artists with your words of praise and curiosity in what drives them to creatively express their journeys through their artwork each and every day; and their contributions to the metaphorical canvas and their respective medium has a unique value worthy of our investment and collection. Our education series of exclusive member-only programming is designed to be comparable to institutional patron programs with an emphasis on appreciating artists of color and those who positively depict the culture through various mediums.
