Established in 1971. Locally owned and operated since 1971. Specializing in east coast comfort food, fresh fruit smoothies, hand-pressed juices (orange, pineapple, vegetable juices etc) freshly prepared turkey dinners, specialty breakfast skillets and warm Belgian waffles. We prepare 95% of our food in house, and take pride in doing so. We serve lo... cal craft beer, fresh pressed juice mimosas and so, so much more. Hank Martens began his restaurant journey back in 1971, opening over 14 different Coffee Mill locations all across the Maritimes. In the late 1980's his son, Carl Martens, took over the company due to his father's passing. Today, with only two locations still open, our main headquarter's remains strong at the location of 1187 Smythe Street, here in Fredericton, NB. Moving into 2019 we've begun the transition to our 3rd generation ownership in the family, Katie Martens.
