About The China Trade Week

China Trade Week (CTW) series was inspired by the One Belt, One Road initiative and has so far been a huge success. It started in 2013 at the United Arab Emirates which was warmly welcomed by the local business community. It was then followed by its first African event in Kenya in 2015 which had an even bigger response. CTW was encouraged by the African Union to expand its scope, as a result, CTW is now hosted in Ghana, Morocco, Iran, and South Africa, a total of 6 events in 2017 with the intention of adding more countries every year along the One Belt, One Road route. Last year, CTW was introduced to Ethiopia with just 50 exhibitors to get a taste of the market and the result was amazing. For the second consecutive year, China Trade Week is set for its bigger and better edition in Ethiopia. This year, we will be having over 100 exhibitors from industries including Construction Materials & Machinery, Lighting & Energy, Clothing & Textiles, Electrical Goods & Electronics, Automotive ParRead more
