About The Chester Romans
We currently have three teams competing in the British American Football Association National Leagues, with our youth team catering for ages 13-16, our junior team catering for ages 16-19 and our adult team catering for ages 19+. Training takes place on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings from early in the year until August at our home ground at The Cheshire County Sports Club. We also have the new Flintshire Romans flag initiative, working in conjunction with NFL Flag. The Flintshire Romans, for ages 8-12, train on Sunday mornings at Queensferry CP School. All of our teams recruit males and females of all body sizes with all levels of experience and we recruit throughout the year, so it's never too late to get involved whether you want to play, coach or take up one of our off-field positions. With off-field activities, such as our incredible Super Bowl parties alongside our Adult team sponsor, Hickory's Smokehouse Chester, the Chester Romans truly have something for everyone.
