The Butchery has a passion for cooking, -- thats how The Butchery got here. High quality ingredients are essential to creating a great meal and The Butchery simply struggled to find quality meats here in Orange County. The butcher shop The Butchery knew growing up had become a cooler in the back of a big box grocery store filled with mass-produced meat packaged in styrofoam trays. So in 2009 the change began; The Butchery opened The Butchery's original butcher shop in Costa Mesa. In 2014 The Butchery became independent owners and changed The Butchery's name to The Butchery Quality Meats. The Butchery is now food with a focus; sourcing the highest quality meats and ingredients available from the finest Farms, Ranches and purveyors in the West. Each of The Butchery's (4) locations include grocery items built around The Butchery's meats and cheeses, so youll find spices and accompaniments, honey chutney, and almost anything else you need to round out your recipes.Explore more
