How we got started and where we are today! The Brownie Cottage (TBC) is the dream child of Lisa Brettman. She started baking all natural homemade treats for family and friends but this quickly blossomed into a small business. Lisas unique and tasty twists to traditional brownies and cinnamon rolls use ingredients such as nuts, fresh fruit and spice... s that are all natural and locally sourced when available. Lisa developed her recipes in an effort to offer healthy treats for individuals that have intolerances and allergies to such things as preservatives, additives, and gluten. Hence her all natural, no GMO, no preservative, no food color and nothing artificial creations. These recipes are just as your grandmother used to bake. Simple yet wholesome and they bring a smile to your face! Her treats have captivated just about everyone who has sampled them. Lisas cooking coupled with a magical marketing and packaging strategy make wonderful gifts for personal and professional special occasions or anytime. We started out just offering all natural brownies. However, our customers had something else in mind kept being ask what else to you do? So what else can you do has grown into a espresso bar, daily breakfast and lunch offerings. We rotate the menu daily to keep it interesting...you never know what we may have!
