With a background in HR studies, Sue developed a successful career with BMW Group in HR and Learning and Development where managing the cultural and power dynamics of a UK subsidiary to a German organisation was a key skill. Sue was founding Partner in the Bridge and has developed long term relationships with globally successful organisations. Focussing on Leadership, intercultural understanding and collaboration, innovation, change and Team performance, Sue travels extensively and has worked with some of the leading thinkers in Strategy, Innovation and Leadership. Highly experienced as a team and individual coach at all levels, Sue is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and works with many psychometrics to help people understand themselves, their potential and how to achieve success. Sues clients are from many different sectors including oil & gas, finance, sports, automotive. Sue is motivated by supporting organisations to create cultures, aligned to strategic targets, which are successful for the business and for the people.
