Established in 2016. The gym that forges elite athletes I first opened my BOX in October of 2016, my goal is to help people change their lives in the smallest and most realistic way possible, I believe with good programming and coaching everyone of all ages shapes and sizes can reach their goal. My Box offers a variety of class availability, including group or individual workouts and if your not up for my programming there is plenty of room in the gym to workout independently or even take up a spin class. Everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out, getting fit doesn't have to be difficult.Explore more
