Although we've officially opened our business to the world in 2016, the 'real' vision of The Ad Factor began many many years ago as the brainchild of Tara Fletcher and Anna Pokhrel. Both marketing and communications gurus had the good fortune to collaborate on many projects while working together and separately in Toronto and Alberta. Their passion for the industry is infectious and in 2016 when they opened The Ad Factor they knew it was the perfect marriage of their skills and talents! Meet the brains behind The Ad Factor: Tara Fletcher - A marketing specialist with pizazz, Tara has spent over five years working within the radio industry for prominent stations as an account manager. Prior to her radio career, Tara spent years perfecting her own business doing event marketing and as a marketing consultant for a local newspaper. Anna Pokhrel - A communications expert with a knack for media relations. Anna spent four years providing communications support to a well-known nonprofit in Edmonton. Prior to her role as a communications expert, Anna spent a couple of years working as a journalist for a local paper and as an editor at a local TV station.Read More
