Established in 2011. I have always had a desire to find out how things work and why they don't work. While working as a maintenance technician and later managing a maintenance department for a local property management company I was able to get hands on experience with all the systems that make a house operate. I worked side by side with all the li... censed contactors that I hired, making sure to ask questions about everything they were doing. This helped further my knowledge about the daily operation of building systems. I then had the opportunity to become a project manager when the company I worked for built new multifamily apartment buildings and completed major remodels of buildings. I started Thatcher Home Services in 2011 so I could put my life experiences and knowledge of building systems into something that could provide a better future for me and my family.
