Thai Yoga Metta

Established in 2007. I offer Thai Yoga Massage at Heartpath Acupuncture Center in Madison. I will be available there from September through December in 2018. Thai Massage is also known as Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Yoga Massage and Thai Yoga Therapy but is not like western massage and is actually an ancient and legendary yoga therapy originatin... g 2500 years ago with the Ayurvedic physician to Buddha who was also a an accomplished yogi from India. Thai Massage is received fully clothed in yoga-like clothing on a mat on the floor. It is deeply relaxing and often very dreamy. It uses pressure on energy lines and points, stretches, breath, a meditative state and metta (loving kindness). It releases blocked energy and leaves the recipient in a very very quiet yet energized fluidly aware state. It can be very transformational and therapeutic on many levels. Tucson is now my home but I am spending 4-6 months a year in Madison WI to be a active grandfather. My current schedule is to be in Madison from June into November. I found Thai Yoga Therapy after practicing yoga and meditation for 35 years.
