We prepare home style family recipes that originated near Bangkok and along the Gulf coast of Thailand. Some selections are spicy, some are milder and none contain MSG. Bangkok meets the Bayou - Owners, Noy and Bill Brazells paths crossed in Dallas, Texas in 1979. Noy is from a town just outside of Bangkok, Thailand and Bill Buddy was raised in nearby Crowley, Louisiana. Their first restaurant, Bangkok Cafe, opened in north Dallas in 1989 and then transitioned to Denver, Colorado in 2003 where they received recognition as one of Denvers favorite Thai restaurants.
