Nicholas began his marketing career in the retail industry working alongside his brother Michael, helping to establish and build the brand Deadeye Premium BBQ products. He took on the duties of marketing, establishing Deadeye a strong online presence, and engaging the communi... ty through strategic media management. Nicholas later joined the Des Moines based boutique marketing firm, Emerge Growth Strategies, where he worked to consult with startups and high growth companies to plan, develop, and implement strategic digital and content marketing initiatives. Joe has had many years of professional content marketing experience in video production, film making, media strategy, and photography that have allowed him to gain a firm grasp on digital media and the storytelling behind it.
