In 1999 it has been acquired by a group of industrial businessmen based in Prato who founded the new company Texmoda Tessuti with the partnership of its commercial and technical director. As a consequence of this renovat... ion and the collaboration of a high qualified staff, Texmoda Tessuti has been able to extend its business relationships with the most important and famous brands throughout the world. In fact, we are nowadays well known in all national and international markets with the precious cooperation of our agents and representative companies. The production is entirely Made in Italy, using only first quality raw materials and selected third party companies.
