Dan spent 20 years as a manufacturers representative for various construction products before he started Texas Stone Designs and through that experience he gained the insights into what makes a company great to work with. As a manufacturers representative you are the middle-man between the manuf... acturer and the customer, which means that if the manufacturer does not follow through on their promises you are the one who gets to deliver the bad news to the customer. Through these types of experiences Dan realized that he wanted to build a company that lived up to its promises and treated its customers the way he would want to be treated.
