We, Carlos J. Barillas and Gregory A. Schmidt, are the principals in this dynamic civil engineering and land surveying firm. This experience is wide-ranging, covering such areas as boundary, topographic and construction surveying, subdivision plats, detailed engineering plans and specifications for many kinds of projects and construction phase services. We also provide feasibility studies for potential development projects, including such areas as drainage, flood plain, utilities, streets, railroads, pavement rehabilitation, zoning, etc. We began with one client and three employees in 1995. Now, we have over a thousand clients and twenty-four employees. T.E.A.M. is also qualified as a minority-owned firm and disadvantaged business enterprise.
