Texas Endocrinology group was founded in 2007 by Dr Boccalandro after a few successful years in academic medicine at Mc. Govern Medical School (former UT Houston medical School) Since our beginnings, our objective has been to give outstanding and personalized care to our patients. We are located in the heart of the medical Center, the largest in the world, and team up with the best physicians, Hospitals and academic institutions that surrounds us in this amazing health care environment. Due our passion for excellence, our demand has driven the expansion of our practice over the years and in 2018, we have become affiliated with Privia Medical Group a multi-Specialty national medical group. This increases our options and expands the opportunity to provide top medical care to our patients without loosing our independence and capacity of decision making and remaining an independence practice. We are a solid team comprised by two endocrinologists and three mid level providers (nurse practitioner, Physician assistant and clinical nurse specialist) along with nursing personnel that can take care of all our patient needs. Our patients will be seen as a team approach and will see a physician in some visits and a mid level provider in other visits. Our mid level providers have vast experience and have direct and constant supervision from the doctors. This assures that our patients can be seen any time they need to be seen. We accept new patients and they can be seen in a short notice, understanding the need of our patients to take care of their medical problems efficiently.
