Before becoming a full-time facilitator, Kara's two decades of experience began at Plunkett Cooney PC and continued in-house at Ford Motor Company. She grew up witnessing her father, Hon. Kaye Tertzag's, passion for justice and fairness. Shes been a certified mediator for five years, dedicated to helping parties achieve positive alternative dispute resolution outside of court. Kara has a wide range of nationwide litigation experience, appearing before judges across the country and negotiating multi-million dollar cases with both plaintiff and defense litigants.
