About Tempo
Wes Mechen opened the shop in January 2014, having previously been a teacher and lecturer in Business and also sport. Along with other passionate triathletes, Wes helped start the triathlon club; Tri Tempo in Eastbourne. The Tri Tempo club allows runners, cyclists and swimmers of all abilities to take part in their sessions and it is a non for profit club. As part of the club's weekly sessions, Tri Tempo holds a promenade run session every Tuesday starting at 6:30pm. This session is a structured session that enables runners of a wide range of abilities to participate. In the winter season, the session will normally start by the Wish Tower car park on the top promenade (please check the Tempo facebook page for up to date details).
