Temp Staffing Inc. (Formerly Temp Staffing of Indiana) grew out of the experience and opportunity that Larry Simpson and I developed working in Indiana and providing value added services to businesses in and around Indianapolis and across the country since 2000. The company started as a value-added services or fulfillment company, learning to mobil... ize and motivate people to complete large assembly and packaging projects on time and on budget. Through the requests of customers whose trust the company had earned, the company began providing temporary personnel off-site for a variety of jobs. These positions included general labor and assembly personnel, shipping, receiving and inventory clerks and managers, and machine operators. As this business continued to grow the company eventually incorporated Temp Staffing of Indiana (in 2012) (now Temp Staffing Inc.) to focus on temporary and temp-to-hire staffing and recruiting services. As we've grown in size, experience and technology, one thing hasn't changed: The company's understanding that the most important part of any business is the people that work for it. So while the company continue to expand the company's reach and scope and improve the company's processes and technology, the company's core focus will continue to be finding, encouraging, retaining, and helping employees find jobs with the company and through the company.
