Tekzone is a loudspeaker manufacturer, world reknowned for its R&D development of high performance drivers used in hi-fi systems, AV systems, multimedia systems, professional systems and other applications. M capabilities, we have built: *Our own plastic molding/tooling workshop to offer high quality plastic molded parts. We utilize the latest CAD software to develop our parts. * A 5000 M2 wood cabinet factory with more than 100 skilled workers to provide PVC, real wood veneers and painted cabinets. The monthly combined output of wood and plastic cabinets is up to 50,000 pieces. Our production lines can do 100% unit testing on line including impedance, frequency response, phase and buzz/rattle. For years we supplied different kinds of drivers to many customers based on OEM and ODM. We offer build to spec or complete design services for any driver our customers require. Our design philosophy is an integrated and informed approach to meet our customers' quality and marketing needs. We start with good personnel resources. The managers have more than 20 years experience in the audio industry. The R&D department is experienced engineers and intelligent young professionals. Our specialty in R&D is to combine theory and experience to produce the right product for your market. We are the first company to use loudspeaker computer design software in China. LEAP, LSPCAD is used in R&D every day. We also use CAD tools including Finecone and Winmotor to design voice coils, magnet systems, cones and diaphragms for our drivers. We offer world class on-line testing abilities. We are the first factory to use Klippel, LMS, MLSSA and Clio computer measuring systems in China.
