How much does the service cost? The TeeMaster reservation service is FREE to the golfer. Who sets the greens fees for each golf course? Green fees are set by... the golf courses. Why does TeeMaster require a credit card number or payment up front? Since a golf course's tee times are a valuable and perishable asset, a golf course may require payment pre-authorization of your credit card in order to ensure payment. This helps the golf course ensure a golfing party will play at their designated tee time. Your credit card information is held in strict confidence, and the golf course only uses its customer information for its own managerial purposes. What are the cancellation policies? The cancellation policies depend on the participating golf courses. Most golf courses will allow you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. How far in advance can I make a reservation? Depending on a particular golf course's policies, you will be able to make a reservation up to a year in advance. Where are tee times and course information for my hometown golf course? TeeMaster currently provides golf course information for the states and metro areas where we have a presence. Tee times are available only for participating golf courses that utilize the TeeMaster service. If you can't find information on a particular golf course, please contact us. If you would like access to a particular course, encourage the course to sign up with TeeMaster service. How do I know it's safe to enter my credit card number on TeeMaster?
