More than any other athlete, a goaltender's confidence, emotional and psychological conditioning have a much greater effect on his or her p... erformance. Our experience as a goaltender, and working with goaltenders at a high level of play, has given us an uncanny ability to "get into" a goalie's head, to sense his confidence, and state of mind. This enables us to guide them to greater focus and concentration, and ultimately greater confidence in themselves. This is both an art and a science that is critical to a goalie's performance. Repetition of drills is never enough. A goaltenders confidence in his training and conditioning is essential to his optimal success. We challenge our athletes to challenge themselves. We utilize state-of-the-art performance analysis technologies to provide invaluable feedback to the goaltender. Our digital video analysis system provides instant and real-time performance analysis enabling a goaltender to see immediately how to adjust his performance to be faster and more effective.
