Technopark "Ingria" is constructed and created in Saint-Petersburg in accordance with the State Programme "Creation of High Technology parks in the Russian Federation", approved by the decree of the RF Government dated March 10, 2006, 328-R, and in correspondence with the regulations of the Government Saint-Petersburg "On the Concept of Socio-Econ... omic Development of Saint-Petersburg till 2025" (dated July 20, 2007, No. 884) and "On the Basis of Innovative Policy in Saint-Petersburg for 2008-2011" (date July 20, 2007, No. 881).
