Tech Thailand is offering liveaboard trips in the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand. We have been running trips on the MV Giamani since 2011, bringing the boat round from Phuket each year in April/May and returning it in September/October. 2013 will be our first year running trips out of Singapore. Previously, Tech Thailand operated the MV Tride... nt under the ownership of Jamie Macleod, who was responsible for locating a number of the wrecks that we dive today, most famously, the 2005 discovery of the USS Lagarto. Between the 2 tour leaders on board we have over 30 years of scuba diving experience, including 11 years tech diving. We are experienced in CCR diving and hold IANTD/TDI Tx instructor ratings on the Inspiration, Evolution and Poseidon. We have dived the wrecks in Truk, Bikini, New Zealand Caribbean Australia and UK, and has been diving the wrecks in the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand since 2008. On the MV Giamani we are able to offer a wide range of liveaboard trips to our diving guests. On board we have 2 Standard cabins and four Deluxe cabins to accommodate only 12 guests on each trip ensuring there is always plenty of space for all onboard (Max: 16 people for charters when utilising the triple share cabins). The two air conditioned standard cabins are situated on the upper deck behind the wheel house; these spacious cabins each have two single berths and share 1 bathroom. On the main deck we have four Deluxe cabins, each cabin has three single berths, which is very popular for divers travelling with children. Each deluxe cabin has its own air conditioning unit, en suite bathroom and the door opens to spectacular sea views.
