Their web site hosting services and phone services are some of the best in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In the 1990s Sean Peters, the company's founder, worked for the United States Post Office. Sean grew from a basic data entry operator, to standing in as the Industrial Engineer and network systems engineer for the Remote Encoding Center that was located in Salem, Virginia. His responsibilities included scheduling approximately 500 employees during peak seasons, and maintaining the network of computers and servers for local operations. In late 2000, in accordance with plan, and technology improvements, the Postal Service continued downsizing the Remote Encoding Center operations that Sean was a part of. In looking at the skill set, and wanting to begin a family, Sean prayerfully decided to begin offering systems engineering services to small businesses during his spare time.
