Tech North Atlanta is an independent nonprofit organization based in Alpharetta, Georgia, that has been advancing technology and innovation since 2012. The organization recently rebranded in January 2026 from Tech Alpharetta to reflect its expanded mission to serve the broader North Atlanta tech community across Cherokee, Gwinnett, and Forsyth coun... ties. Tech North Atlanta was formed through the 2017 merger of the City of Alpharetta's Alpharetta Technology Commission, the first organization of its kind in Georgia, and the Greater Alpharetta Tech Network. Operating as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, Tech North Atlanta provides tech education and thought-leadership programs, startup workshops, a startup incubator, and comprehensive resources for the regional technology community. The organization offers startup hot desk memberships that include access to startup workshops, cloud computing credits from AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft for Startups, monthly speaker series events, weekly onsite meetups, startup mentoring and coaching, plus amenities including free parking, high-speed internet, conference room access, and community networking opportunities.
