We at Ruffian Software are doing more to protect data and make technician access to remote domains and computers as safe and easy as possible. Every technician gets a unique account on every domain with an ever changing password. The technician uses a special tool to see the password only when they need it, and only they can decrypt it. This method of continually changed access prevents a wide variety of hacking attacks based on passwords, and prevents all hacking because people share accounts or passwords or sharing credentials between domains.
