Teatro del Sol is coming back with a force, full of the joy that theatre fills us with, to create, to participate in, and to experience. We launched Mi Casa Es Su Casa a virtual conversation with our artists on Instagram Live that gives you the opportunity to get to know our artists through conversations about their cultural traditions. We are remo... unting our production of Oedipus el Rey as a Philly outdoor tour that will immerse our communities in theatre, forging important dialogue and positive cultural exchanges. Teatro will also be searching for a new emerging local Latinx playwright to develop a new bilingual play. And we will be planning a season of bilingual plays for our 2021-22 Season. Please consider giving to our Que Viva campaign to keep bilingual theatre alive in Philadelphia! Any amount that you can contribute will help us reach our goal of $10,000. We will be offering Serenata/Serenades for all donation over $200 and at your request we will either virtually or in person (socially distanced of course) serenade you or a love one.
