Founder of Team Rewards, Richard has spent 20 enjoyable years in the industry. He's a friendly guy with a passion for meeting people, learning about their businesses and building long term relationships. Always on the look out for new ideas and a classic networker, he has helped many companies establish themselves in the sector. In his spare time h... e still likes to use the skills he picked up in his early years as a qualified chef and regards the kitchen as HIS domain. The family always comes first and he is a proud husband, father and owner of a Jack Russell named 'Teacup'. Formerly a management consultant working across different sectors, Darren has spent the last 12 years in the industry. He loves the challenge presented by different client organisations, and enjoys working with people to improve existing processes as well as developing entirely new business models. When not working, he is an avid swimmer and runner, but like most parents spends the majority of his spare time operating a taxi service for the children. The family own a rabbit called 'Storm in a'. Mike heads up our digital team and has been with us for over 11 years. He loves anything tech and keeps himself busy with anything IOT, particularly digital marketing, SEO and web development. His two children keep him busy outside of work although he still makes the effort to visit the gym where he spends most of his time looking at himself in the mirror! As a member of the Chartered Society of Designers, Lynsey (Lynz) started her career working in London and joined us in 2007. She is a creative thinker with exceptional graphic design skills and a great sense of humour to go with it. She enjoys a good rave and when not sneaking off with the girls and strutting her stuff on the dance floor loves to spend most of her spare time with her husband and young daughter.
