About Team 980
FRC Team 980 ThunderBots is a competitive robotics team and 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to inspiring high school students from the Burbank Unified School District and neighboring schools to become leaders in science, technology, and business. The team provides mentorship and hands-on experience in programming, electronics, mechanical design, and business practices, fostering skills in creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. Open to all 8th to 12th grade students, Team 980 encourages participation from those with a passion for learning and a competitive spirit.
