In October 2011, I returned to Taylor and Associates, the law practice I established back in 1993, before embarking on an eight year stint as general counsel for a NASDAQ listed company and two years working of-counsel at Parsons Behle & Latimer [2009-2010], one of Salt Lake Citys oldest and largest law firms. Over the past 33 years I have represen... ted both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of matters, including mergers, acquisitions, contracts, licenses and securities transactions relying on my proficiency and knowledge in a broad range of industries and areas of practice. In addition, I have also provided clients with legal representation in both administrative and civil securities industry matters with the SEC, PCAOB, FINRA, CFTC and NFA. I graduated from Utah State University, in Logan, UT with a B.S. in Political Science in 1982. I received my J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1986, and became a member of the Utah Bar in 1987, From 2011 to 2014 I was on officer of the Utah Bar Corporate Securities Law practice section and served as the Chairman during the 2013-14 term. I am currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and the United Stated District Court, District of Utah.
