There is a strong education component in all actions undertaken by Tarz such as the "Gift of Giving" initiative through which over 10,000 school supply packs were distributed regionally to ensure that children are prepared for the new school year. In addition, selected students and employees attend the innovative educational leadership conference "One Young World" allowing them to discuss international, social and environmental issues with world renowned global leaders. The Chalhoub Group offers a growing scholarship programme with an outreach of 17 students annually. At TARZ, we strive hard to reduce our environmental footprint through continued innovation, employee and stakeholder education, and streamlining efficiency of operations We reduce our carbon footprint and educate employees on regional environmental issues.
