Target Site Services ensures that only fully trained operatives provide engineering services for our company, and as such all are highly skilled. We pride ourselves on the time and resources dedicated to training, ensuring that all our employees possess the skills and knowledge required in this highly technical and fast moving area of construction.... We have well established and successful apprenticeship training programmes. Apprentices receive training in both practical and theoretical areas of electrical and mechanical engineering. Working on site over a four to five year period, under the supervision of our qualified and experienced engineers, and also attending college on a day and block release basis. Our apprentices have received a number of commendations and nominations for apprentice of the year. We are committed to producing highly skilled operatives who are well regarded within our industry. We support Heathrow Airport Limited's annual apprentice fair. From previous fairs we have recruited a number of successful applicants.
