Taoists teach that a raw food diet can aid digestion, help you build a strong body, and help you to live longer. All food is 100% organic, free from chemicals and grown in clean earth, much of it in our own rich organic garden site. The diet is based on unprocessed and uncooked plant foods such as fresh local fruit and vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, grains, beans, nuts, dried fruit, and seaweed. Our goal at Tao Garden is to provide each guest with a diet that is perfect for his or her own personal health and nutritional needs. Vegetarian: Contains no meat or fish. Some vegetarians choose to eat eggs. Where eggs are used in an otherwise vegetarian dish, we have listed them. Vegan: Contains no meat, fish, eggs or dairy. Some vegans choose to eat honey and bee pollen, therefore we have listed these ingredients if they are present in an otherwise Vegan dish. In some of the dishes you can choose the honey removed.
