Tamzon was founded in Chicago, IL in 1989 on the traditional principles for pure entrepreneurship for importing and distributing Quality Surgical Instruments in the American marketplace. In Tamzons initial years, Tamzon imported and distributed a selective choice and standard of Dental, Veterinary and Surgical Instruments. However, quickly realizin... g the growing demand for their quality and competitive priced instruments for their U.S. clientele, the company decided to expand its operations into all avenues of Surgical Instrumentation keeping two of many crucial factors of business in mind, the excellent Quality and competitive Price of each instrument produced, and sold under the Tamzon brand. During the 1990 decade, Tamzon executives spent much time understanding the dynamics associated with manufacturing costs and hence, decided to go vertically integrated. Reducing the input costs and controlling the supply chain process for producing Quality Surgical Instruments, which further added value and prestige to Tamzon's name. Tamzon further found the need to shake hands by joint venture operations in selective countries throughout the world to grow Tamzon and meet its increasing demand for our products. Thus, providing Tamzon a better competitive advantage against its competitors to keeping our costs efficiently low and maintaining the promised high standards of Quality Surgical Instruments to its clients in sharing Tamzon's Vision.
