My name is Chris Tamburrino, Owner and founder of Tambo Industrial Supply. Here is a brief history of how this company started. Tambo Industrial Supply has now been established now for 5 solid years. People thought I was crazy to start a company at the beginning of a recession. On the contrary, I felt I was crazy NOT to. Businesses needed to save m... oney! I worked for many years as a Sales/Service representative and General manager for a Large Corporation in the Industrial Supply Industry. I used to be told I was "over servicing" my customers! Have you ever heard of something so ridiculous? "Over servicing"? I don't know about you, but I love great service wherever I go. Then I was told that I wasn't making enough profit on the product I was selling! If I can make a small profit with low overhead, and my customer can save money without sacrificing quality and in most cases getting better service then what they are receiving currently, then what is wrong with that? Finally, I believe that if you go above and beyond for a customer and earn their trust, by taking care of them with great service, competitive price, and a quality product, you will have a customer for life!Read More
