Talmadge Park

It all began more than thirty years ago within a center of learning, the William E. Gillis Elementary School, from which thousands of students had graduated onward to junior high school. We took a closed school... a dream ... and created a superior 60-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility to service the shoreline community. Because of our... reputation as a leader in the services we provide, Talmadge Park is honored to have been chosen as the host for on site classroom and/or clinical training programs for several fine educational institutions including East Haven High School, Gateway Community College, Stone Academy, Southern Connecticut State University and Lincoln Tech Schools. Once again, the halls of our center are filled with students who learn and practice their skills by assisting our professional staff. Only a select few health care centers are utilized as on site classrooms for advanced learning.
