We've used our S3 system to qualify... those recruiters BEFORE the need arises. We can be faster to respond with a higher caliber of candidate. And better recruiters mean better hires. 2) Although we are very proud of our network of recruiting talent, we don't stop there, because we know there are always recruiters we haven't been introduced to yet. The TalentNetwork is a system of recruiters beyond our fulltime staff who are always on the lookout for other talented recruiters, some of whom may be exactly what our clients need, when they need it. Whenever we have a new opportunity, we share that information with our network and ask for new introductions. In return, we provide generous referral bonuses for those referrals that result in placements.
