Thomas Adewumi International College is a private, co-educational boarding school for students between the ages of 11 19 years of age, founded in 1997 and located on the outskirts of Oko, Kwara state, sitting on a beautiful 450 hectare of grounds. Oko is endowed with savannah and rain forest vegetation with patches of rivers and streams, having bea... utiful tourist attraction like the Oko hills and natural resources which includes Tantalite and Tourmaline. The location of the college was deliberately chosen in a tranquil setting, away from the noise and distractions of urban life, which can adversely affect the development stage of young minds. The school is accessible by road and also by air via the Ilorin airport in Ilorin, Kwara state using the available airport taxis to the schools location. We also provide transportation services for prospective students to the school at selected areas nationwide. TAICO Academic scholarships are given on the basis of excellence and high performance. The scholarships are available to prospective students joining the college in Year 7 and Year 10. They will be evaluated to assess suitability and academic potential for further development.
