CJ Kirst has been involved in the Denver real estate market since 1995 starting as a civil engineering consultant in Denver from 1995 to 2000. He then worked at Gateway American Properties until May 2004 as their Platting & Entitlements Manager. In the Spring of 2004 he joined BCX Development as their Director of Development and was responsible for... entitlements, platting, marketing, budgets, construction, homebuilder relations and warranties. Through these different positions CJ assisted in the development (approximately $300 million in infrastructure costs) of projects throughout the entire Denver Metropolitan area, including approximately 6,000 subdivided lots in medium sized subdivisions (average 200 subdivided lots) and the following master planned communities: Sterling Hills (750 Lots) (Aurora, Colorado), Brighton East Farms (1,345 Lots) (Brighton, Colorado), Turnberry Meadows (2,000 Lots) (Commerce City, Colorado), and Spring Valley (1,186 Lots) (Elbert County, CO). Since starting Tahoe Consulting LLC in 2014 CJ has represented various clients: small to large land owners, investors, homebuilders, banks and metropolitan districts throughout the Denver Metro area. He has assisted these clients with re-zonings, platting, special use permits, construction bidding, inspections and management. Board member on various homeowners associations.
