About Taco Shop
There is only one Taco Shop, a locally owned store that has been serving Hays since 1970. Our goal is to serve the highest quality Mexican food at a reasonable price. We start early each day cutting produce and grating cheese. We only use lean ground beef. Our refried beans are prepared lard free, not served from a can or dehydrated. All of our chips and shells are fried in canola oil and our sauces and salsas are made fresh daily. The entire crew is dedicated to satisfying the customer.
