Tabernacle Baptist Preschool

Established in 1957, Tabernacle Baptist Preschool (TBP) is an outreach ministry of Tabernacle Baptist Church. The purpose of the Preschool is to offer families in our community a program that combines the highest standards in early childhood education within a Christian environment where children can grow spiritually, physically, emotionally, intel... lectually, and socially. Because we recognize that each child is a gift from God and truly unique, we strive to provide a Christian, child-centered, nurturing environment where preschoolers feel significant, successful, and experience a sense of belonging while playing/ practicing a variety of life skills. Children are afforded opportunities to play, socialize, investigate, and express themselves independently as well as cooperatively in small groups as they participate in a variety of age-appropriate activities such as music, art, dramatic play, big church, language development, beginning math concepts, science, and field trips (for 4s and 5s). TBP is state licensed through Bright From the Start, meeting and exceeding care for children. TBP is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Georgia Preschool Association. TBP offers classes for children 6 months old thru 5 year olds. We offer classes for children 6 months old thru 5 year olds. Preschool Babies and Toddlers: children 6 months old thru less than 2 by Sept. 1 Preschool 2 year olds: children must be 2 by Sept. 1 Preschool 3 year olds: children must be 3 by Sept. 1 Preschool 4 year olds: children must be 4 by Sept. 1 Preschool 5 year olds: children must be 5 by Sept. 1 Early Room is available for children 2 through 5 years old from 7:50 until 8:30 a.m. Lunch Bunch is available for children 2 through 5 years old from 12:00 noon until 3:30 p.m. Our Preschool office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
