Upon your approval, your design is printed on film and sent to our pre-press department to be burnedonto screens. The screens are then washed, dried, taped, checked, and sent to the press department.Ink colors are then matched to suit each order. We offer custom Pantone mixing and matching as a free service to our customers. Once ink colors are matched, your order is printed, cured, andprepared for pickup or shipping. We use only the finest quality plastisol inks, which will ensure a vibrant print that will not crack, chip, or fade. Evenafter hundreds of washes, the prints will remain looking like new. We are constantly seeking the best quality equipment, technology, and supplies to ensure our work is the best it can be.
