Paul Tilton and Bill Hoermann formed T&H Builders in 1976 combining home renovations and the construction of single-family homes. As hands-on foreman they supervised every aspect of construction. Paul and Bill regularly handled the framing, roofing, siding and finish work. Their projects were known for the "personal touch."
