SYSTEMAR LTD WAS FOUNDED IN JUNE 2006 AS SUBSIDIARY OF COMPANY CALISTA LLC IN ODESSA, UKRAINE. Calista LLC was founded in 2001 in Washington, DC, USA & has registered office in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain. Company was acting as Manager of Fishing Trawlers, working in Mauritania fishing area, & Reefer Ships, which were carrying Frozen fish and... perishable goods to customers (mainly to Europe). To expand the Technical & Crewing side of the Management activities, principals have decided to open their office in Odessa, Ukraine in 2006, as result of which company SYSTEMAR LTD was founded. Starting from 2006 Systemar was acting as Technical, Crewing & Commercial Manager of reefer vessel's Novaya Zemlya, Greenlandia & was providing all Technical & Crewing assistance to Calista LLC, which was acting as Manager of reefer vessel Leonid Miloslavskiy & Fishing Trawler Angara. in 2010 the principals have received Management offer from their prospective client, and after careful assessment, decision was made to go ahead with Full Management of 3 Japanese build (2003-2004 delivery) Oil/Chemical Tankers 40 000 DWT. Eventually within 2010-2011 SYSTEMAR LTD has taken over the Technical & Crew Management of m/v Pioneer (ex-Mount Fuji), m/t Mount Olympus and m/t Mount Mckinney. Steady and successful operation of our Tanker Fleet and Reefer vessels for more than 5 years (Reefers over 9 years) by now led Top Management of the Company to the point of expanding Management and Crewing Service for 3rd party Tanker-type and Bulk Carrier vessels, being confident that SYSTEMAR Team has sufficient resources and experience (office Staff and Crew) to provide quality Support and Service to our prospective Clients.Read More
